Incubator Kitchen Study
The Incubator Kitchen Feasibility Study explores the development of an Incubator Kitchen program. This program would allow local and regional entrepreneurs to gain access to a commercial kitchen in addition to business supports, allowing them to develop new and existing food businesses in our community. The consultant evaluated relevant resources, market demand and capacity of potential stakeholder organizations, and provided a feasibility review of suggested project elements and a business case for if and how some or all of those elements might best be compiled, led, linked, funded, housed, and sustained.
