Our Team

Kevin joined the corporation in 1997 as an economic development intern. He then was promoted to Self-Employment Coordinator and later to Business Analyst before being named the General Manager in 2014. Kevin works with business clients, oversees the activity and administration associated with the loan funds and the Self Employment Program Contract and coordinates staff and volunteers working on a variety of projects. Kevin is actively involved in the community as a volunteer for several organizations including the Revelstoke Railway Museum and the Revelstoke Grizzlies Junior A Hockey Team. Outside of all this, you will find Kevin enjoying time on the golf course and BBQing on his deck. 

Cindy joined the corporation in November 2013. She provides advisory services to clients who are applying for loans, planning a new business or expanding an existing one. Her duties involve loan security documentation, loan disbursements, collections and fund reporting. In her role as Coordinator for the Self Employment Program she provides business planning assistance to clients who qualify for the program. Cindy moved to Revelstoke with her family in 2007 to enjoy the lifestyle of a small town, and enjoys many of the outdoor pursuits that Revelstoke has to offer.

Carolyn has been the Coach for StartUp Revelstoke since 2018 and officially joined the team full-time in 2025. She works with clients who just have an idea and are not sure how to move it forward, all the way to helping established entrepreneurial businesses to develop marketing or operational strategic plans. Her extensive experience in delivering business-related educational programs will allow Community Futures to offer more business workshops and educational opportunities for entrepreneurs and our community not-for-profit organizations. Carolyn and her family moved to Revelstoke in 2013, and she enjoys skiing, hiking, and tending to her Japanese garden. 

Dallas joined the team in July 2022,  providing administrative support and bookkeeping to the office and Board of Directors. She is thrilled to be part of Community Futures and the projects the organization takes on.
Dallas enjoys snowmobiling, paddleboarding and spending time with her dog.
